Seacliff Beach

Rained most of today and i took the opportunity of catching up with some work in the office.    4 mile run in the gym - the softies approach - I get very bored on the treadmill but could face the meserible weather.    Nice stroll on the beach before dinner  - nothing sort of photo but it is what it is and i never tire of being on 'our beach'.
