It was Wiesia's last day before she retires today (and my last day before I move department) so it was a double cake day. I made my traditional carrot cupcakes, her's were slightly more experimental - cauliflower and apple with white chocolate frosting. Absolutely delicious though!

Had a coffee with Claire as a pre-department-move treat at lunch time, and picked up my new phone in the afternoon!
