Bruxism

After throwing money away on a very cool looking bright blue £5 sports mouth guard (that is mouldable to my teeth shape) I decided I needed something a bit more wearable. I got this rather flimsy looking thing from Boots and it cost £30! It has been great so far but I may get another (different shape and design) health/medical one and swap and change between the two. My teeth grinding has been wearing my teeth so I'm glad I've taken preventive action.

A decent day. Early start,meetings at work and then returned home incredibly tired, it's clear I need to build my fitness and stamina.
