An early morning visitor...

... was spotted sitting on the wet black top of our refuse bin, as I was putting it out for today's rubbish collection. As yesterday, the rain has been pouring down so the snail was clearly in its element.

I got an easy blip, with the help of the little waterproof camera and it means I won't have to traipse around trying to photograph slippery creatures of the human variety today.
