This Week's Diet

Finally went to see a doctor. More medication and not working. Feels like I will need the rest of the week...funny (funny?) how sometimes things add up.
And the first appointment with the dental surgeon still to come.

I'm fine with the diet. I bought 11 bananas on the way home. I will start slowly and hope they stay in.

Couch and time for James Herriot now.
