Two day old turtle

On our final day in Sri Lanka we've taken a quick look at the cities of Galle and Columbo. In between we took in a sobering and humbling exhibition of photos from the 2004 Tsunami and it's aftermath. We also visited a turtle hatchery, where turtle eggs are collected and rescued in order to hatch safely away from predators until the young turtles can have a chance to survive when they are released into the sea.
