" THE ROSE "

This is the first rose to appear this year and I love it.  We found it buried under the jungle when we first arrived 2 years ago.  Not only is it beautiful but the fragrance is also magnificent.  And no I don't know it's name.

Where has the time gone?  Another week is passing by so quickly and we have lots still to do.  Our eldest son is visiting us here for the first time for his 44th birthday and as we haven't seen him (apart from the sad funeral of our dear Bro in law) for 5 years we hope it will be a very special reunion.

At the moment it is rather damp here so I am still having regular visits with the torch in order to protect all the lovely plants.
