The Royal Victoria

Built in 1862 at a cost of £25k including furnishings and described at the time as one of the finest hotels in the kingdom, this week's hotel has sadly gone downhill since then and judging from the tattered state of the furnishings in my room I think some of them must date from 1862 :-)
