Early start, v late finish. In between a day at The Lighthouse, at our first Scotland Policy Conference, excellently chaired by Sally Magnusson. Positive introduction by my ex ACC 'colleague' now the Minister followed by good discussion and some positive inputs. Naomi Eisenberg was great. Challenging and concise. Left with a feeling that there was a real will to implement 'what works' and tweak what doesn't. Together we will end homelessness.

I was very glad to collapse into bed at 11.45 pm.
