Rainy day colour

The weather was true to the forecast today and it rained nonstop for most of the day.  Good news for the gardens, slugs and snails.  I've spend most of today catching up on things again and planning for my upcoming holiday with the photography club in Sussex.  I popped out into the garden with raincoat and hood on for some quick flower shots.  I didn't really expect to be blipping a very colourful tulip, there are only a few petals left on the ones still standing, but there you go, they still make good subjects.
