Improvement tree

This is an interesting way to collect feedback on services - either praise or suggestions for improvement. I've seen examples on some wards but this one is at the Health Village. Service users fill in feedback on sticky notes which they add to the tree. All the comments here were positive apart from a sensible suggestion about planting up some of the courtyard area. A good idea - maybe should think of trying it out at the practice.
