Giants

As mentioned in Gulliver's travels: "Nothing is great or little, otherwise than by comparison."

It was so impressive to drive and walk between these redwood giants, up to 100 meters high, 7 meters in diameter and 2'000 years old. Near the information center the annual rings of a cut tree were labeled. Near the center it started with '1'000 - Vikings discover America', followed by the beginning of the Ming dynasty, Renaissance in Europe, etc.
