Colour

Put a couple of geraniums in a pot and suddenly there is colour! The front of the house is becoming quite civilized - the creeper has taken three years to reach the balcony but the Red-hot Pokers in the foreground love it and are appearing everywhere. 
I made a start on our potager - vegetable patch to those challenged Francophonically - which meant digging a very weed infested terrace. Still plenty to be done,
Our first harvest of the season today - strawberries. A race at this time of the year to beat the lizards to them but Tricia managed a fair few today.
