Travels and Tribulations

An early start to get the 6.39 bus from Peebles to Edinburgh where I was catching a train to Dundee. What I got my ticket from the machine at Waverley I realised I'd somehow booked from Edinburgh Gateway to Dundee so had to but another ticket to Gateway. A reasonable meeting at Verdant Works in Dundee but then the vending machine in the station ate £2 when I tried to have a snack. Fortunately met my friend Katie in Edinburgh and had lovely ice cream - pictured - which made up for things a bit. But then had lost my return bus ticket and had to buy another single to get home!
