JOB NEWS: I've been at the same school for 13 years and the one previously for 17....so I'm not good at change but after a dodgy Ofsted and a massive budget issue (250,000 in the red)I've had to think seriously about a job offer made last week.......went to visit today....old school (like my new build!!) but a special needs unit working with an old colleague.....ooohhh decisions decisions!!!
