Protecting the family...

New birds update: there seems to be a bird nest forming in the roof tiles of a house nearby, and I think that it's a mother and father with either babies or eggs inside the wee gap in the roof. They seem to be gathering branches, food and moss to put inside it. One seems to fly away to get supplies whilst the other stays on top of the roof guarding the nest like this.. will be interesting to see what happens :).
