Pointing the way...

This weekend in Canada is one that many Canadians get excited about as Monday is Victoria Day meaning it's a l-o-n-g weekend!  Yey!!!  It's often the first opportunity we get to head out somewhere where we can take advantage of the holiday Monday.  

Our family is heading up to the Pemberton area early tomorrow morning which is about a 4 hour drive from where we live.  We've rented a lakefront Celtic country lodge (woot woot!) that will accommodate all 14 of us.  We've been fortunate enough to have had some sort of annual family holiday for the past 17 years and so everyone is excited about going!  Everyone shares in the meal planning and cooking and evenings one family unit is in charge of entertainment.  It's a beautiful and noisy chaos, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.  A time to celebrate the goodness of life, to laugh and enjoy each other, bask in the beauty of nature around us and of course, make another memory.  



PS So for that reason I'll be bowing out of Blipland for a few days and will return early next week!  Have a great weekend everyone!
