Aber Food Fest - the birds are watching...

Here is CB performing eye surgery on a pheasant, with a rather critical audience. It's been a hard day in the factory. I have perforated my fingers I don't know how many times with the sharp ends of wire I was using to bind on five-foot pheasant feathers (try saying that after a few glasses of wine!). I was, in short, the bleeding opposite of those who pluck pheasant feathers in the old tongue-twister.
