Notes: Went for a jog first thing - warm and humid but strong breezes after night storms. Did laundry and spent some time walking the beach. Feeling very out of it again, agitated and tired. Unexpected nap in the afternoon and then over to Paul & Judy's at 5:30p - dinner with them and Al.
