It is Friday

It was a joy to welcome back John & Kathy Dyson of "The Jazz Police" last night at Burgundy's.  And a special bonus as Ed Kainyek with his sax.  So here are the three of them.  They were backed by Tom Rivierne on bass and John Arnesen on drums.
It was John that we had used on the promotional poster.
  Last time I painted them John did not have a beard - beard -
so now a little different and a new hat as well.

A tremendous line up and a brilliant night's jazz.  John had introduced the group and then to everybody's amusement introduced the audience - yes we were a bit low on numbers!
