Strangely attractive building just next to our office in Bissau. And this is uptown!!

I was told off by an army officer for taking this shot, as he signalled towards the barracks on the far side of the street he wagged his finger at me in disapproval. Since when did photographing a derelict building become a crime. Let's see what tomorrow holds....
