Turtle Head

I out for an early morning walk in search of birds and didn't find anything other than a few robins and a cardinal.  When I was crossing a creek, I saw a couple of turtles swimming around.  As soon as I stopped, they all started swimming towards me (looking for handouts). Within a couple of minutes there must have been 30-40 turtle heads poking out of the water. 

I had a peanut butter cookie and crumbled it up in to tiny pieces and started sprinkling little bits down in to the water.  

The herd enjoyed their breakfast as did a couple of large fish (see today's extra photos) and this HUGE turtle.
