What ewe looking at?

Following reading "A shepherd's life" by James Rebanks, I have taken a bit more interest in these creatures. I realise how ignorant I am about sheep and the generations of work and decisions that go into breeding a flock to be proud of. To me, one sheep looks the same as the next and I now know how incorrect this is. If you haven't read the book. I would highly recommend it, it's a really easy and interesting read.

4 mile walk around Elterwater (again), impressed with an almost.2 mile section that is wheelchair/pram friendly by the river. Also impressed with the standard of carrot cake in "chesters by the river" at the end of the walk!
