Navigationally Challenged

Did an introduction to Mountain Navigation course today. Learned a lot. How to read an OS map, how to use a compass, that I am not as fit as I like to think I am, that my boots are only waterproof if you don't go ankle deep in mud  and that upper thigh cramp hurts like heck!
Much information to take away and digest!
