Three!

Tomorrow we have the joint birthday party for both kids - today I baked the biggest cakes I've ever baked (20 eggs between them, 3 bars of dark chocolate, and over a kilo of flour, sugar and butter!), made ganache for the first time, made butter cream icing for the first time, piped for the first time, and rolled icing for the first time! Was quite fun really! Strange the things I think are a good use of time now I have kids! Funny part is - his favourite part of the cake will be the bought toys on top! Ha!
