Cheerful construction

I decided to go for a run this evening and familiarize myself with my new neighborhood. Partway through I came across this playground/park, which appears to be undergoing some renovations. The flags dot the perimeter of the park, playfully flapping in the breeze and warning passers-by of freshly poured concrete paths.
