Meet Julia

Our newest family member. Little Man started taking piano lessons, and we needed a piano so he can practice between his lessons. We found one on craigslist for $100. It is huge, and old, and very imposing. It was made in 1892 (!), though it's playing guts have been "redone" a few years ago. It needs to be tuned, but other than that plays quite well. We had to drive to Oxford, MS to get it.

It is pretty bizarre, in many ways. Decorated, a bit beat up, and HUGE. More pictures will no doubt blipped, especially on days short of inspiration.
