Reuben

Reuben, after inspecting the vegetables which are growing great in the garden - carrots, corn, tomatoes and now squash emerging and upon finding a little flag on the patio, he promptly started to wave. I'm not sure I'll ever tire of seeing the Union Jack waved, are you? What lovely light falls on the front steps at this exact time of day.

And guess who's going to be swimming with dolphins in the Florida Keys as his Make a Wish dream comes true? Today we got the news.

Perhaps the sweatest reaction of the day came from Callum.
"Can I kiss them?", with the most amazingly delighted face.

I do remember exactly where I was on this date as we all do, Cyprus. I'd like to hope we've all grown a more peace happy since then because hatred is a terrible burden to carry.

In remembrance.

Ever in awe of and gratitude for the emergency services.
