The view from the bridge

To Trèbes for our third concert. I swiftly nipped outside after the warm-up and caught this view from the bridge over the river. The concert went well, with a full church (it was free again).

These tumbling clouds didn't produce any rain, unlike yesterday when in late afternoon the temperature dropped from 25C to 15C in the space of a few minutes. It poured with rain all evening; we went to the cine club to see a Japanese film, Harmonium. It was good, but extremely depressing; rather typically Japanese in the focus of tensions within a family that go badly wrong.
