Rose Jam

Visited Hackney museum last week, it was interesting to see the history of the Gascoyne estate, community housing and welcoming refugees from round the world for many years. An example was refugees from Kosovo, most have now returned to their home. Refugees need support in times of trouble. The community spirit lives on, people are so friendly and helpful.
The photo is of Rose jam, which I adore and found this jar in a lovely Turkish supermarket in Hackney and some delicious sesame bread circles. Turkish name escapes me!
