"Save A Penguin Day In Manchester"

On walking up the street what should I see ? Not a goose , or a crow but a penguin and it  had been in the wars .The left flipper had been carefully bandaged and examination of the skull showed a hairline fracture , healing nicely.
On asking, found out it was  "Save A Penguin Day " What next ?
