Sunny Hastings.

I decided against a cycle this morning due to the high winds and lashing rain. Instead I met former colleague, Ben for a spot of lunch at the Crown in Hastings, followed by a round of golf, as my replacement physical exercise. Not too bad really, but I'll have to go out on the bike tomorrow, though.
