Back from the trenches

Great to have Andy home again from his battlefields school trip. He was full of stories and I suspect we haven't heard them all yet.

Immediately beforehand, Mo and I had been to see Christopher Brookmyre as part of CoastWord. Since he was speaking just up the road it seemed rude not to. Very entertaining, and it's persuaded me to try his latest.

Later, when Matt had finished his temporary job at Foxlake, we went for a Chinese meal to celebrate his brother's return.
