early morning walk...

I crept to the bathroom at 6.30 this morning as nature called and was just creeping back to bed when my sister heard me. There was no going back to bed, we put our trainers on and set off for a 2 hour walk along the beach. I took this as we set off and although I grumbled to begin with it was a lovely walk and later I didnt feel guilty having banana bread!
