Japanese?

Spotted in window of local shop currently undergoing refurb. The signs that are already up above the windows are proclaiming it'll be a Sushi restaurant. Now, either they are very clever putting up this project plan (I'm assuming it is one - my Japanese is non-existent!) to make us think it's the genuine article or it actually will be a proper Sushi place run by people who will know what they are doing. Sons 1 and 2 will be ecstatic.
