No Ferries and Bark Lit Dogs...

Today would not have been a good day to cross our Cooks Strait ‘Cos they were cancelled. The ferries...OK?
There were 9 metre swells and I don’t think it would have been too swell to have been on one so we (The Boss and ME) caught a bus instead and went to Lyall Bay to get this image and then came back and practised cleaning his lens as what do you think was causing the 7 metre swells…..
Luckily SSD’s don’t suffer from ‘that’ which I think is caused by eating and I don’t.

On that subject, The Boss got a wonderful fresh french bread thingie from the Sunday Market close by this morning and he had some for lunch, afternoon T (Not Tussock) and Tea (no Tea was actually consumed… and is planning breakfast and other meals tomoro with it too ‘Cos we leave Tuesday and its hard to eat a complete loaf thingie on your own. Bread is not good for dogs or ducks or other stuff that starts with “D” but dentists can profit from it I think.
It helps them to make a crust……OK OK OK no jokes…Right.

Meanwhile our intrepid southern reporter (Extra) was out with The Bossess who was practising bark lit photo’s on her iPhone. She was impeccably presented having been swimming and stickathoning  (Tuss NOT The Bossess) and The Boss has made a note to pass some tips along ( to The Bossess NOT Tuss)
to assist in this.  Confused,  Well you should be.

I am suffering from ‘fur burn’  having been a bit exposed to the southerly wind on the transit of Lyall Bay where rather than having a grand afternoon hot chocolate and goodie we walked back to the bus stop as the Spruce Goose Cafe was being loved to death by many others who were no doubt suffering from the same issue.
