Evening class

Went along to cookery class. It was quite good. Quite informal- no rules and regulations. Not even 'housekeeping ' instruction!
Everything is preped for us so all we did was the cooking and clearing up.
This was the starter, sea bass with prawns and spinach on a bed of pastry with Parmesan and pesto. Delic as was the chocolate tart for afters.
Looking forward to next week.
