10th Nightwalk 2017

For our local Hospice. Mary and I have done 10 and 9 of the walks. It is a wonderful evening, with over a 1000 women walking between Bideford and Barnstaple and one or two other points to raise money for the Hospice. And in that time there has been over a million pounds raised and counting. My stats for the evening: walked 11.2km (Instow to Barnstaple) 17,764 steps in 2hrs.44.43 mins. Ave 14.42 er km and burnt 857 Kcals :-)
