Pleasure to pain.......

School cross-country day today.  Lovely blue skies but with the first frost of the season (albeit a very light one) the air was cool.  Still, a great challenge for students some (many?) of whom set out to achieve personal bests.  Hopefully lots have achieved the goal too.

The enthusiasm at the start of these events is always high-energy.  The sights at the end after they've completed their run  aren't quite to vibrant!
