Future breakfasts

Of course they could just as easily be part of the ingredients of future quiche or cakes or breads or pancakes and waffles . . .

       Our neighbour keeps laying hens of various breeds and the resulting eggs reflect those various breeds.  Our neighbour gives us eggs when they have a surplus. Their hens produce eggs of various colours according to their breed.

       Today is beginning bright and clear. I've been up since 03:00 feeling much better than yesterday.
