Apparently it takes an average of 30 hours (spread over 5 weeks) to organise a holiday these days. We're certainly feeling the pain as we juggle flights and accomodation to meet our very specific requirement of 3 night in Venice and 4 in the foothills of the Dolomites (great walking country, and the land of Prosecco)... does anyone have any tips for us?
