Higher and higher

Sticking to instructions, I'm taking it steady going up on the moors.  So, I classed yesterday as a day off (hmmm, I know) and went to the big reservoir today which isn't much further up than the other day.  

Not sure who enjoyed it more.



Feeling much better now - thanks for your thoughts yesterday.  Just need to keep working on those knots.
