Christmas Prezzies

Wow that was an incredibly short skirt.
But I digress.
The last of Clare's Christmas presents was tickets to see Ward Thomas, the female country & western duo, (sisters), who took the album charts by storm in 2016.
Although it was a long evening Clare and I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was just what I needed after a tiring and frustrating day at work.
We had a couple of sayings in the Navy either of which woul just about sum up today;
"Trying to get anything done around here is like pissing into the wind"
Or
"Don't piss on my shoes and then tell me it's raining"
