A new book....

A most satisfying day for sure!!!   A bit chilly and the sun didn't appear till after lunch...so i had to put on the wood stove....i so often balk at this idea, but once it's going (and it isn't such a big deal as i think it's going to be!!!) the studio is cosy and i'm pretty happy.   Did the last of the throwing for the next few weeks....60 mugs and 12 brie bakers!!!  listening to the conclusion of a rather boring book, but it had it's moments and enough questions that i needed to listen to it till the bitter end!   Also cleaned up the little birds i made yesterday....i love them....and made some aspects of the 'wedding cake topper'.....my mind is creating all sorts of ideas.   not sure the daughter realises what she has unleashed!!!

And now, glass of wine and my new book....it is so wonderful.   full of amazing photographs of some beautiful abstract art.   With a combination of the image and the answers to a few simple questions, it is a wonderful source of inspiration and encouragement. 

squash is in the oven....off to keep looking and reading!
