My night..

My night on nightwatch. Blip taken around 0300 AM. The night doesn't get dark this time of the year. It will, however, get lighter and lighter until mid summer day. Then it turns again. Up north we have mid summer sun. Sun all night. Mid winter we have night all day. On my watch I was walking kilometers checking if everything was in order in the marina. Calm night. Nice weather too. This was an extra nightwatch where I was asked to step in. My ordinary duty watch is on Wednesday this week. If you are asked to step in you get paid. If you don't do your ordinary watch, you have to pay. Fair enough. Our boat will be here until it goes back to our summer house, probably mid june.
