Symphony

Lovely day today, outside and in. This afternoon we went to the Whatcom Symphony. My mom is really so attentive and such a good listener. She got right away that the guest artist was going to do an encore and she was eager to stand for all the ovations.

Going back to Silverado was similar to most other times--you're not making me stay there are you?, etc.--but then as soon as we got inside she said, "Oh, I know this place. I've been here before. I don't mind coming here." I know regular readers will find this theme repetitive, but it's my current measuring stick of progress, like so many other sticky wickets were in the past. Plus, I am hopeful. It's possible that one day, maybe even soon, she will consistently say that she likes being there.
