Burnished Gold

We went for a drive this afternoon round the Black Isle in Easter Ross.
The harvesting is under way, a bit later than last year. But the weather has held the farmers up. A lot of fields have got their round bales sitting in the fields after combining and baling. We got to this field and the bales and field looked like Burnished Gold in the sunshine. And it looked particularly nice with the backdrop of the Cromarty Firth and Easter Ross farmland and hills behind the field. So my blip for today, is Burnished Gold.
