Six Mile Bottom

It's been a lovely day today... We've been out and about doing this and that. I drove passed the disused station at Six Mile Bottom as I've done many times over the last 30 or more years and today stopped to take this photograph.

The station is now a private house even though the track is still in use by trains from Cambridge to Ipswich.

Our water cascade pump has failed... doesn't look like it is a replaceable component so we're off to Scotsdales later this week to replace the whole thing.
