I went for a rose...

but the iris won!!!

I woke very achy this morning after my efforts in the garden yesterday, so miss my gym session and did things in the house.

Went to my needles and natter session this afternoon. Walked home afterwards to collect the girls before walking up to the station to meet R returning from Uni. 

So I managed 45 minutes of outdoor exercise!!!
