A happy moment

It's the simple things that sometimes are the best. This morning I sat on the terrace having my breakfast. It was lovely outside, there were no other sounds than the birds and the back door neighbour who was singing for her grandchild. Birds flew back and forth, bees were buzzing and I just sat feeling happy and at rest.
I did want to capture that restful feeling, but it is kind of hard. I took this with my iPad as the lens has the most reach/largest depth of field. And Snapseeded it into a monochrome with a bit of extra texture for MonoMonday, with thanks to SkiMe, our host this month.
